Drake Music is hiring a Programme Delivery Manager.

Along with the Head of Programme Development and Delivery and the Head of Artistic Development and Production, the Programme Delivery Manager will manage a programme of activity across the strands of work at Drake Music.

The ideal candidate will be:
– Someone with exceptional organisational and administration skills
– A team player, with strong self-motivation and an ability to work flexibly
– Someone who brings passion and creativity in their development of projects and programmes
– Someone with a keen attention to detail who can hold the responsibility for several projects at once and ensure a high level of quality in all of them
– An exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with the team, participants, freelancers, and partner organisations
– Someone who is passionate about removing disabling barriers to music participation
