Singer-songwriter Martin Praetorius has been writing and performing songs for 40 years.
His unique style falls somewhere between Folk, Americana and Celtic with tender, fragile lyrics of love and longing. He says “Writing songs for me is a method of communicating; I carve lyrics from my heart and soul.
His current album Tales from the Feverworld has received radio airplay in both Ireland on RTE Radio 1 Late Date and the UK.
In March, 2020 Martin played his first weekly ‘Wednesdays live with’ Facebook stream. He needed to play and connect with the world. He is about to play his 75th stream.
Martin has just released a new single, it's his version of the wonderful classic 'Into the mystic' by Van Morrison. The song has been a constant friend to Martin over the decades, he says it always sounds fresh and exciting, it never grows old.
