The Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up to 7 positions on the Board of the Arts Council.

Candidates must demonstrate in their application evidence of experience at an appropriately senior level in any one of the following areas:

A. Professional Arts Experience
Candidates must demonstrate in their application evidence of:
• Recognised experience in relation to the arts in contemporary Ireland in any one or more of the following:
- theatre;
- dance;
- visual arts;
- literature;
- street arts;
- circus;
- music;
- opera;
- young people and children;
- film;
- architecture

B. Business/Management
C. Young People, Children and Education
D. Community and Participation
E. Public Engagement & Digital Media
