Digital Marketing Manager
Open House is a small independent charity, that aims to transform people and places through arts and cultural activity. Based in the seaside town (recently designated city) of Bangor, Northern Ireland, it is spearheading a grassroots movement for arts led regeneration with its annual festival, year round programme of events, and now a dedicated music and arts venue in the restored Court House on Bangor seafront.
Your job will be to develop and implement an ambitious digital marketing strategy that will run through the organisation “like lettering through a stick of rock” – drawing from and influencing everything that we do. You will develop an authentic and compelling voice for Open House and the Court House, engage our creative communities in the developing life of the Court House, and effectively market our programme of activities to develop audiences and generate income.
Your role will include developing a dynamic social media presence with a strong authorial voice, creating compelling content across all platforms, and finding new ways of connecting with existing and new audiences.
This is a 3 year fixed contract, funded by the Dormant Accounts Fund NI and administered by the National Lottery Community Fund. The post may be made permanent at the end of the contract period.
