About ITMA
The Irish Traditional Music Archive /Taisce Cheol Dúchais Éireann (ITMA) is the national public reference archive and resource centre for the traditional song, instrumental music and dance of Ireland. Based at 73 Merrion Square, Dublin, ITMA holds the largest collection of Irish traditional music, song and dance in existence. ITMA is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee and are primarily funded by the Arts Council of Ireland, the OPW and Arts Council of Northern Ireland.

Post of Office Manager at ITMA
A new position of Office Manager will arise in November 2021 to augment our capacity in the daily processing of financial transactions, the administration of day-to-day staffing needs and the resourcing of the building while also becoming involved in aspects of the written reporting on funds.

Working as part of a small team, this role requires an individual with experience, capacity or competence in accounts and payroll, fundraising and office management.

The successful candidate should possess strong IT & organisational skills, an ability to work on one’s own initiative and be able to work to tight deadlines. Fundraising and grant writing experience is also desirable.

A knowledge of, or passion for, Irish traditional music, song and dance would be an advantage.
