The Sound of the Sixties - A Tribute to Motown

Friday, 6 December 2019, 8.00pm

The Motown record label defined the sound of the 60’s. The Detroit music company produced hit after hit: Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, Little Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, The Marvelettes and many more. Producing a unique blend of Soul and Pop loved by audiences the world over. Writers like Berry Gordy and Smokey Robinson expertly crafting the songs, gave the label its own genre and trademark - The Motown Sound.

On the 6th December, our 5 singers will return to the Sugar Club stage to recreate the classic sound that went on to influence generations to come. Expect a night of captivating performances, classic hits from your favourite artists of the time, a 12-piece backing band to accompany our singers taking the audience back to the decade it all began.

Tickets available for €17.50 from sugarclubtickets.com
