Position of Administrator

Maoin Cheoil na Gaillimhe is a School of Music based in Galway city. We have been operating in the city for a decade now and in that time have established ourselves as a very high quality music provider. We run music lessons in-house and on extensive outreach programs. We have recently secured funding from the Lifes2Good foundation so that we can begin to prepare an expansion and development program in the city. As a first step we are looking to appoint a full time administrator.
The role is multi stranded and while there is opportunity for extensive training on the job we are hoping that the right candidate will already have certain key skills.
First amongst these will be an ability to communicate well with staff and parents in a calm and considered manner. The role will place you as the first point of contact for both.
We also expect a high level of proficiency in computer skills with either Microsoft Excel or Libre Calc a must.
