The Manchester International Festival (MIF) Creative Engagement Team has been developing a body of work to embed greater public agency, participation and creative engagement into its core organisational mission in opening The Factory. This includes developing a number of public forums and processes for devolved decision-making, co-design and community curation.

MIF is looking for an evaluator to help co-design and deliver an evaluation framework with residents across Manchester that will identify key measures of success within this body of work, reflect on key learning and make recommendations for future development.
