BBC Studios is hiring a Royalty Manager.

The role reports to the Director of Talent Accounting, line managing a team of two and is based in Television Centre, White City.

As a Music Reporting Manager, you will have had considerable experience in the media/music industry where you developed extensive knowledge of music copyright and royalties. You will demonstrate excellent awareness of the end-to-end process of how music is exploited and paid for, in both primary and secondary usage in television and other media. You passionately convey your music royalties and rights experience with credibility, demonstrating a detailed understanding of music collection societies and how they operate.

With a collaborative communication style, you consistently demonstrate a global perspective, bringing people from the periphery into the conversation to promote synergy. You thrive in engaging others when developing effective ways of working, championing the team and supporting the delivery of change to both processes and team behaviours. Being experienced in relationship management, with both internal and external stakeholders in the Media industry, you naturally manage both operational and project-based teams, to provide both leadership and support, in high pressure and deadline driven processes.
