Quarter Block Party is a weekend long contemporary arts festival across Cork City, which happens every February.

6th – 9th February 2020 will be the sixth edition of the festival.

Quarter Block Party shines a light on one of Cork’s oldest quarters and harnesses the vibrancy amongst an energetic and diverse audience for an entire weekend to celebrate the culture, history and character of Cork City.

The festival’s aim is to provide artists with the platform to take risks and that is why each year they host some of the most exciting theatre makers, international contemporary dancers, graphic and visual artists, writers, poets, circus performers, drag artists and anyone willing to bring their wild ideas to Cork for a weekend at the end of a long winter as the spring begins to crack into action.
