Dumbworld is an award winning, artist-led production company based in Belfast that creates music, film, opera, public art installation, animation, and community participatory projects. Led by Co-Artistic Directors Brian Irvine and John McIlduff, Dumbworld work throughout the island of Ireland and internationally.

Dumbworld is now looking for new board members to strengthen the overall mix of skills across the board and to add to the deep experience and knowledge of existing board members.

Board Members are responsible for steering Dumbworld and ensuring good governance through adopting sound legal, ethical, operational, and financial management policies. Board members ensure that Dumbworld has adequate resources, and manages these resources effectively, to fulfil its mission and purpose. Board members meet quarterly. All meetings are currently via Zoom. Board membership is voluntary, and for a maximum of 4 years.
