NCAD Creative Futures Academy Co-ordinator

NCAD is now looking to appoint a Creative Futures Academy Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the Creative Futures Academy Programme Director and working closely with NCAD’s Academic Development Group, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all projects within the Creative Futures Academy and related projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with each of the Schools in NCAD, Academic Affairs and Student Services and Corporate Services to support the delivery of NCAD’s Creative Futures programmes.

Working across the organisation and as part of a small team the post holder will be expected to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to the successful delivery of this exciting and important new initiative for NCAD.

Mandatory skills:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an equivalent role in a Cultural and/or Education and Training Sectors;
● Have excellent communication both written and verbal;
● Have excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience of building relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
● Strong administration skills and experience;
● Have experience in the preparation of reports and the presentation of the results / findings contained in such reports;
● Proven track record of project delivery and meeting deadlines;
● Have excellent IT skills with strong G-Suite skills;
● Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines;
● Enjoy working in a creative environment, collaborating across teams and effectively responding to tasks and requests;
● Be legally eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
