The BBC Proms is seeking applicants to join an Administration Freelance Pool.

You would be part of a dynamic team that looks after Communications, Marketing, Learning, Publications, Business and Live Events. You will build skills in your chosen area and everyone on the team has a chance to work at events. It’s a real team effort.

The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:
– Show an enthusiasm for music and live events.
– Show commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for people of all backgrounds to participate in arts and culture
– Work and communicate collaboratively with a wide range of people.
– Be part of a team that delivers large-scale projects to live audiences in a timely and organised way
– Mindset is important: enthusiasm, ideas and creativity coupled with good communication and organisational skills. Turn challenging situations into practical solutions.
– Planning & Organisation, interpersonal skills, time-management, attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly to a variety of software packages
