Dublin City Council Culture Company is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations and Administration as a key member of its management team.

Reporting to the CEO, this role has ownership for the company’s administrative processes, IT, Health & Safety, HR administration and the related compliance activity, as well as overseeing the facilities management of the two heritage buildings. The role is supported by an administration team and external providers (including outsourced IT, HR and Health and Safety providers).

This is a role for an experienced professional who has a track record of ensuring a range of key administrative areas are managed to a high standard, has a practical and proactive approach to problem solving and a good grasp of HR administration and building management. The role presents an opportunity for development as the post holder will play an important part in building capacity to support the company’s ambitions.
