MA Classical String Performance (Keyboard)
The MA Classical String Performance (Keyboard) programme is a two-year, full time postgraduate degree programme offering advanced tuition in piano and harpsichord. Combining performance and research, keyboardists receive individual lessons on their main instrument and take part in chamber groups and other collaborations coached by faculty and tutors at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance. Keyboard players also participate in classes, seminars, and innovative projects with students and faculty from across multiple degree programmes. Masterclasses and workshops taught by internationally acclaimed visiting artists and scholars are a feature of the programme, as are many options for choosing an Elective and Independent Study.
