Festival Republic, which is part of Live Nation Entertainment, runs an apprenticeship programme which aims to offer an alternative route for people into employment. We are currently recruiting for a Festival Apprentice to join our teams for two years. The Festival Apprenticeship offers on the job training and onsite assessment by an approved apprenticeship training provider, earning a nationally recognised qualification at the end of the apprenticeship.

The Festival Apprentice will provide administrative support to various specialist departments within the festival office and so is a key part of the planning team for our events.

Responsibilities

To assist in;
– ensuring compliance with all regulations
– providing exceptional customer experience
– the smooth running of the departments.
– Working onsite at events
– Any other tasks as delegated

Departments are likely to include Sustainability, Access Management, Ticketing, and general festival office work.

Requirements
– Minimum of five 4 or higher GCSE’s (including Maths, English) or equivalent.
– Demonstrable aptitude for detailed work; ability to prioritise and work under pressure
– Ability to work under pressure
– Exceptional organisation skills and administrative skills

Please note: Candidates need to live in following five boroughs; Ealing, Hounslow, Haringey, Islington and Hackney to apply. Should you have a degree in the same discipline you will not be eligible for the programme.
