Battersea Arts Centre is seeking a General Manager to oversee venue operations and deliver strategic, commercial, and customer service objectives. The role involves managing operational teams, facilities, health and safety, licensing, event delivery, and compliance.

The position reports to the Managing Director and requires experience in cultural or public-facing venues, team leadership, and budget oversight. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of licensing, safeguarding, and audience engagement, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.
