Battersea Arts Centre (BAC) is seeking a Managing Director to lead its commercial, operational, and customer service functions. This full-time permanent role reports to the Artistic Director & CEO and includes oversight of finance, people, and event teams. Responsibilities include driving income from commercial activity (approx. £2.2m target), venue operations, team leadership, compliance, and continuous organisational improvement.
