Battersea Arts Centre (BAC) is seeking a Production Manager to join its Production & Technical team. The role involves managing the production aspects of BAC’s public programmes, festivals, creative development work, and venue activity. Responsibilities include overseeing technical operations, managing budgets, maintaining production equipment, and supporting staff and freelance technicians.

Applicants should have at least four years’ experience in a production/technical theatre environment, with knowledge of health and safety legislation, AutoCAD, and experience in budget and team management. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, including evenings and weekends). Salary: £32,500 p.a.
