The Academy of St Martin in the Fields is seeking a Head of Audiences and Community for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, with flexible working arrangements (2–3 days per week in-office). The role combines strategic marketing duties with maternity cover responsibilities for the orchestra’s Marketing Manager. The successful applicant will report to the Chief Executive, with a dotted line to the Director of Development and External Affairs. Salary is £42,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities include leading marketing strategy, increasing audience engagement, and supporting ticket sales and community development.
