BIMM in Berlin is hiring a Head of Student Services.

The Head of Student Services role is essential to ensuring that all aspects of the Institution’s student facing provisions are delivered in line with educational requirements and the needs of the students at BIMM Institute Berlin. The role requires a highly experienced, dynamic professional with a strong background in academic administration and/or student support.

The successful applicant will work closely with all departments within the College and the Institute’s centralised services and will report directly to the College Principal. The post holder will have responsibility for managing the Institution’s Student Support provision, including pastoral and learning support, the counselling provision, well-being programme and outreach activities. The Head of Student Services also has oversight of the enrolment of students on an annual basis, alongside the on-going monitoring of all aspects of student progress including attendance, retention, and achievement.

This is a senior post, therefore leadership skills, excellent communication, planning, organisational and time management abilities are essential. Your challenge will be to ensure that as the Institution continues to grow, an excellent service to students on its new and existing courses will be maintained to the highest standard.
