Guildhall School of Music and Drama is hiring a full-time Voice Tutor to work along the Head of Voice and a team of freelance specialists in the voice department.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering various aspects of vocal training within the remit of the Drama Department. They will play an integral role in the learning experience offered to students within the department, ensuring that the teaching allows students to meet the learning aims and objectives of the relevant modules. In addition to this, the candidate must demonstrate a proven commitment to inclusive practice and be able to work with confidence across a broad and diverse range of repertoire and performance practice.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Voice in developing the pedagogic effectiveness of the curriculum and assessment to ensure that students meet the learning aims and objectives of the relevant modules. Furthermore, they will assist the Head of Voice in developing the pedagogic effectiveness of the curriculum and assessment to ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of teaching, guidance, challenge, and support. They will ensure their work is technically well-grounded, relevant, inspiring, progressive and in context of the rapidly evolving arts industry and wider world.
