Are you passionate about the future of music in the UK? The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain is hiring a Partnerships Manager to maximise our nationwide reach and impact.

We are looking for someone who can develop, activate and nurture collaborative partnerships across the music education and youth sectors, increase teenage engagement with NYO and play a vital role in increasing the diversity of our musicians and audiences. The Partnerships Manager sits within NYO’s Communications & Marketing team, but will have close working relationships across the organisation, establishing and embedding partnerships across the UK to further enhance the impact of our programmes.

The successful candidate will have a track record of working collaboratively with creative people and organisations, and in developing networks of strategic partners. They will have experience or knowledge of the UK’s music education sector or equivalent youth/cultural networks. They will have strong networking and advocacy skills and an ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders.
