Soundcloud is hiring a Talent Partnerships Manager to join the team in London.

The Role:
– Identify exciting Artists for SoundCloud’s Repost Select program using a variety of methods and tools
– Handle the full signing process for Artists, from initial reach out to negotiation and deal execution
– Ensure SoundCloud has accurate data on our Artists and their teams via CRM Management
– Build SoundCloud’s presence and relationship with Artists and the music industry communities
– Collaborate with Senior Manager of Talent Partnerships to continually improve our A&R processes via consistent feedback and training sessions
– Communicate Artist’s needs and goals to SoundCloud’s Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure accurate and well executed release campaigns
