RTÉ is seeking applications for the position of Principal Violin I with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, with performances also taking place at the National Concert Hall and other locations. The salary range is €48,966–€57,991 per annum, subject to a successful trial period. Applicants should have relevant professional orchestral experience or demonstrate the ability to perform at a principal level in conservatoire or youth orchestras. Experience in solo or chamber music is also considered. Auditions will take place in Dublin on 21 and 22 May 2025. Applications must include a covering letter and CV as a single document.
