Guildhall School of Music & Drama is hiring for the post of Production Arts & Drama Administration Officer (Programmes). The team is looking for a friendly and pro-active person with excellent customer services skills and experience of administering higher education programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional service to staff and students in the Production Arts and Drama departments ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day programme administration. The role holder will be responsible for implementing timetable changes, preparing and distributing course materials, coordinating and leading on departmental inductions, co-ordinating documentation and information for departmental boards and committees. In addition, the role holder will also lead on the production of programmes for final year student productions.

The post will be a temporary position, covering for a period of maternity leave.
