BBC National Orchestra of Wales is hiring an Orchestra Administrator.

The Orchestra Administrator works closely with the Operations and Logistics Team to assist with the administration of all orchestral activity. The Orchestra Administrator will report to the Assistant Orchestra Manager, contributing to the effective planning of rehearsals, concerts, recording sessions and external events in the UK and overseas.

The post will require outstanding administrative skills with a strong attention to detail, good communication skills and effective organisational ability. BBC NOW performs at venues all over Wales and the UK. Whilst supporting the orchestra’s work the team often work outside of standard office hours, and a level of flexibility will be required including weekend working.
