
Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra Concert in Waterford
The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra consists of some of Ireland’s finest young string, harpsichord, baroque woodwind and baroque brass players who are passionate about historically informed performance.
The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra will perform Handel’s 'Water Music' on baroque instruments led by Director Claire Duff on Friday, 19 July in City Hall, Waterford at 7.30pm, in association with the Symphony Club of Waterford, and on Saturday, 20 July in Dublin Castle as part of the Irish Baroque Orchestra’s HandelFest.

The Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra is a collaboration between the Irish Baroque Orchestra and the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras. The orchestra is aimed at advanced instrumental students between the ages of 18 and 24 with an interest in historically informed performance.
