The Arts Council of Ireland has announced details of the Festivals Investment Scheme (FIS) for arts festivals taking place between 1 July and 31 December 2024. Organisations can apply, and collaborative applications are also welcomed. Applications open on 24 October 2023 and close at 17:30 on Thursday, 23 November 2023.

Funding is available in three bands: Band A (up to €10,000), Band B (€10,001–€25,000), and Band C (€25,001–€45,000). To apply for Band B, organisations must be established for at least three years; for Band C, a minimum of five years is required.

Applications will only be accepted through the Arts Council’s Online System (OLS). Information clinics are scheduled for Thursday, 12 October at 2 pm.
