The BBC is now seeing a Head of BBC Orchestras and Choirs.

Your driving objective will be to provide creative and strategic direction for the Orchestras and Choirs within the BBC’s new overall strategy for classical music – encouraging best-in-class performance and innovation, and growing the widest possible appreciation of classical music to provide great music for everyone. You will directly line manage the English Orchestras and Choirs, and have a secondary reporting line from the Nations Orchestras in Wales & Scotland.
