Delfina Muñoz de Toro is an Argentinian artist who has spent years traveling the world to study ancestral cultures, visiting the artisans and healers who inspire her music and painting. She will give an acoustic performance with voice and charango, bringing together sounds from various traditions across South America, with songs from indigenous lineages as well as her own compositions. Her musical studies focus on the sounds of the Amazon rainforest, weaving birdsong and village life, and carrying the roots of her homeland.

NEUMES is a newly created project which brings together 3 long-standing members of London’s alternative/experimental music scenes: Koichi Yamanoha (Grimm Grimm - electronics), Monchan Monna (Bo Ningen - drums) and Dee Sada (An Experiment On A Bird In The Air Pump - vocals, piano and guitar).

With Monchan and Koichi hailing from Japan and Dee hailing originally from Nepal and India, all three musicians consider London as their home. Their name NEUMES, which means the basic element of Western and Eastern systems of musical notation, pays homage to the band’s international and London-based backgrounds.
