Web and Digital Officer
Opera North is seeking an exceptional Web and Digital Officer to play a vital role within the Communications and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be creative, technically-minded and analytical, with a great eye for detail and a passion for digital communications.
Working closely with internal digital marketing and content specialists, and external developers, the Web and Digital Officer will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing optimisation and development of the Opera North website and microsites. Key responsibilities include scoping, planning and delivering improvements to Opera North’s digital products, supporting online ticket sales and building user friendly content. You will work closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications team to accurately track campaigns, report on web traffic, and contribute to the success of Opera North’s digital content strategy.
You will analyse data and generate insights to understand how users behave online and identify barriers to conversion, aiming to improve website experience and conversion rates.
We take a positive attitude towards flexible working and are working remotely until the end of April 2021.
