As Head of Creative Collaboration & Learning, you’ll devise and implement the Barbican’s education, engagement and participation strategy across the Centre’s different art forms and diverse communities. It is a unique opportunity to shape an influential public programme that establishes the Barbican as an international leader in the field of creative education and cultural enterprise.

Your role is to provide strategic and operational leadership to an energetic team of creative learning, public programme, and community engagement specialists. You’ll sustain connections and relationships with local, UK and international partners, and you can expect to be closely involved in fundraising, including our ACE National Portfolio Organisation application. Innovation will be a key driver in all that you do.
