Film Ireland, supported by Coimisiún na Meán, is inviting applications for the second edition of its Film Journalism Mentorship Programme. Open to writers from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, the programme runs from 2 September to 9 December 2025 and includes weekly evening Zoom sessions and independent work. Two in-person sessions in Dublin are required; travel assistance is available for those based outside the city. Participants will receive tailored mentorship, industry training, and paid publication opportunities. Applicants must submit a 300–500 word statement outlining their interest and a writing sample of approximately 1,000 words. The deadline to apply is 5pm on 18 July 2025.
