Applications are invited for the position of Individual Giving Manager with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
We are seeking an energetic, proactive and creative individual to join the RSNO’s Development team. The Individual Giving Manager will work as part of a team with the Head of Individual Giving to integrate, manage and support all aspects of the RSNO donor journey from top level Subscriber to high level donor, with a focus on Subscribers and Members.

The postholder will also manage the RSNO’s legacy programme and annual appeal. Key to this role is the ability to drive growth in the RSNO’s membership scheme and devise and deliver effective cultivation and stewardship programmes.

The successful applicant will be results-driven and will ideally have a background in fundraising, membership and/or sales.
