The Air We Share Artist Residencies
Galway Arts Centre is inviting applications for three artist residencies as part of The Air We Share programme, addressing air quality and pollution through artistic and scientific collaboration. Each residency is valued at €38,000 and runs from October 2024 to July 2025.
Open to artists and collectives across various disciplines – including visual arts, immersive technologies, and performing arts – these residencies seek projects that engage with the Westside community and incorporate research on air quality from local scientists. Applications are due by 30 September 2024. For details and to apply, download the Artist Residency Brief from The Air We Share website. Inquiries can be directed to Brendan Fox at theairweshare [at] galwayartscentre.ie.
