The Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London is seeking an Open Programmes Coordinator for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week).

The position offers a salary range of £35,740–£39,540 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, depending on experience. The role involves supporting Guildhall Innovation’s Open Programmes, which include short courses, summer schools, and professional development events in the performing arts. Responsibilities include administrative support, event coordination, financial administration, marketing, and project evaluation. Candidates should have strong administrative and event coordination experience, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a background in the performing arts or higher education is desirable. An enhanced DBS check is required.
