Lecturer in Music Production (Part Time)

The Media School at the University of Gloucestershire has an opportunity to appoint a lecturer in Music Production, who will teach on the BA Sound & Music Production course.

The successful applicant will be able to support students specifically within the practices of recording, mixing and mastering, using key digital audio software packages and working in both analogue and digital environments. Applicants should have professional experience as a recording and mixing engineer and music producer, across a wide variety of music genres, with links to industry and an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.

They should also have HE experience that includes teaching and assessing studio and live recording skills, audio theory, and production aesthetics.
