Sistema Scotland is looking for a part-time Administrator to join the Big Noise team in Raploch and Fallin (Stirling). The successful candidate will provide administrative support, procedures, and processes to ensure the continued success and growth of the programme, with face-to-face engagement with adults and children at after-school club to ensure a smooth-running signing in and out procedure.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage a high-pressure workload, and an effective communicator with both adults and children. The role requires the candidate to lead on general communications with parents.

This is a part-time position, with working hours of 2.5 days per week, Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, and Wednesday & Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break). The salary is £22,343 - £25,835 per annum pro-rata, with all new staff appointed on the first point of the scale.
