English National Opera is hiring a Head of Marketing.

This role is for a qualified person and will report to the Director Of Marketing and Communications.

Your Duties will Include:
– Leading the delivery of ENO’s brand and audience development strategies for ENO by implementing fully integrated campaigns aimed at attracting first-time attendees and engaging existing audiences
– Working with the wider Marketing team to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard
– Closely monitoring ticket sales and measuring the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activity for each campaign, regularly reporting on agreed KPIs, ensuring improvements are implemented into campaign plans
– Overseeing the delivery of marketing support for visiting companies and co-productions at the London Coliseum
– Ensuring all communications are on brand, with consistent and compelling messaging
– Support the development of the positioning of the London Coliseum as a destination venue
