Cork Fleischmann Symphony Orchestra

For our forthcoming concert, Cork Fleischmann Symphony Orchestra under it's conductor Keith Pascoe and leader Eithne Willis, is honoured to be performing with Michael McHale one of Ireland's leading pianists. Michael, who has a busy international profile will perform Beethoven's mighty Emperor Concerto. A further highlight will be a performance of Ravel's Tzigane. The soloist for this piece is Megan Chan, one of our younger orchestra members who is sure to delight the audience with her virtuosic skills.The orchestra will also present Haydn's Depiction of Chaos. Sibelius' The Bard and, in a piece sure to interest Leaving Certificate music students, the orchestra will performTchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture.
