PwC Spotlight Programme 2019 Your Chance to Shine!

Wexford Arts Centre has an open call for new and upcoming Wexford based Music Artists across all genres of music to apply to be part of our second PwC Spotlight programme for 2019. 2019 is also our 45th anniversary as Ireland's oldest regional arts centre. This programme is kindly sponsored by PwC sustaining music talent in our community.

A selection of artists will be chosen to be part of our Spotlight panel profiled on our website and matched to support incoming touring artists in Wexford Arts Centres's programme across the county in 2019.

Spotlight artists will also feature in a showcase concert and receive additional mentoring support. Artists receive support act and performance fee.

2018 participants included Megan Kate Doolan, Karen Alice Dunbar, Alice Lynskey and Stone Blind State. Touring acts spotlight participants supported included The Lost Brothers with Steve Wickham, Paddy Casey, The 4 of Us, Larry Kirwan, Radiant Aracadia, Wells House Little Festival in the Big House and Carole Nelson. They also received addtional mentoring from Jackie Hayden renowned music expert, music biography author and former General Manager of Hot Press.
