The Ulster Orchestra, along with their partners Colin Neighbourhood Partnership, Shankill Children’s Zone and The Centre for Evidence and Social Innovation at Queen’s University, are seeking experienced and qualified music tutors to be part of our flagship Crescendo Project. The partners’ vision is to improve outcomes for children through music.

The project aims to increase the resilience, aspirations and emotional development of children from areas of social and economic disadvantage through a programme of music skills development, to increase participants’ musical skills while contributing to their improved wellbeing and self-worth.
