Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit a Senior Musician/Teacher to be based at Big Noise Douglas, Dundee.

You will support the Head of Centre by contributing to the shaping of the organisation’s work in the Douglas community, by leading on trips and events, encouraging and supporting staff members, building new areas of work in portfolio areas such as youth voice, curriculum and delivery, external partners and community representation. You will also provide leadership and support for Big Noise Musicians, enabling them to deliver the best outcomes for the children, young people and community members in the programme.

You will have experience of working with children in a music education and / or community music context, along with experience and success in taking on leadership roles and responsibilities. You will also have experience of working with large and varied groups of children along with a track record of success in giving music instruction to children on your specialist instrument.
