The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is looking for an experienced Production Manager to take on the new role of Open Programmes Production Manager.

The role will support the Head of Open Programmes to deliver an expanding programme of courses across the year, both on campus and online. The role will manage Open Programmes operations, and will act as key liaison with internal departments, short course tutors, and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in planning, production and delivery of large-scale projects and programmes within a creative field, ideally within a learning context. You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to think independently, and identify practical solutions when under pressure. You will also have a flair for working with people at all levels, maintaining great working relationships, inspiring colleagues and supporting participants to have the best experience they can.
