Barbican Centre in London is hiring a Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

In this newly created role, you’ll own and lead the Barbican’s equity, diversity and inclusion policies and actions, addressing all aspects of discrimination and barriers to inclusion, enabling the organisation to achieve its creative vision. Reporting to its Director of People, Inclusion and Culture, you’ll work effectively across all levels within the organisation to deliver the change required, whilst engaging with external stakeholders including artists, the wider creative sector and community organisation.
