Dublin City Council is inviting tenders for a multi-party framework agreement to support Community Arts Programmes in the North East Inner City (NEIC) region.

This project is subject to funding, and the framework will include up to three members, with a maximum duration of four years, subject to annual performance reviews. The initial contract period is one year, with potential extensions of one year, up to a total of four years. The procurement process follows a competitive negotiation procedure, evaluating submissions based on the best price-quality ratio.
