The Royal Academy of Music is seeking a Management Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Research Manager to look after all aspects of prospect research and pipeline management for the Development team. This role combines technical database skills with the more qualitative side of prospect management. You will be responsible for coordinating pipeline management on the database, play a key role in building invitation lists for cultivation and stewardship events and support the Senior Research Manager with prospect identification, qualification and research.

The successful candidate will enjoy using their excellent administration, organisation and prioritisation skills in a busy role and have good knowledge of MS Office and experience of maintaining database systems. This role coordinates prospect pipeline management processes on Raiser’s Edge/NXT, ensuring that potential donors are strategically prioritised for engagement and reviewed by fundraisers, and their records maintained accurately and consistently with GDPR.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships within the team and across the Academy are also key requirements for this role. The Academy is looking for someone with strong technical and writing skills and the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively whilst juggling a number of ongoing daily tasks along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
