Final RTÉ CO Summer Lunchtime Concert
The RTÉ CO play their final lunchtime concert on 28 August, featuring music by Ravel and Purcell.
The RTÉ Concert Orchestra will play the final show of their Summer Lunchtime Concert Series on 28 August at 1.05pm, in the National Concert Hall in Dublin.
The concert, which will be conducted by Neil Thomspon and presented live on RTÉ Lyric FM by Niall Carroll, will feature soloists Sébastien Petiet (violin) and David Whitla (double bass) performing with the orchestra in Bottesini’s Grand Duo Concertant for Violin, Double Bass and Orchestra. The programme also features music by Ravel, Franz von Suppé, Henry Purcell and Rimsky-Korsakov.
