The Irish Chamber Orchestra (ICO) will collaborate with Music Director of the Berkeley Symphony, Joana Carneiro, for a performance at University Concert Hall, Limerick, on Thursday 29 March.

The concert will feature Mozart’s Symphony No. 29 in a moonlight-themed programme which draws on the ICO’s recent Night Moves CD. Night Moves, which features two pieces by Elaine Agnew, one by Schoenberg, and Haydn’s eighth symphony, can be purchased here.

Other featured pieces in the concert are Arnold Schoenberg’s Verklärte Nacht and Elaine Agnew’s Twilight. The latter of these is an ICO commission which, like the Schoenberg, explores rich string sonorities in a context of nocturnal meditation.

Tickets are €10 for students, €18 with concessions, and €20 full price. They are available for purchase here.
